Update: Police say the child has been found. The Amber Alert has been discontinued. 

Earlier: Police in McKinney, Texas -- north of Dallas -- have issued an Amber Alert for 10 month old Isabella Reyes. She has black hair and brown eyes and weighs 17 pounds.

The suspect in the abduction is named Sandy Alcocer. She’s 25 years old, five feet tall and weighs 130 pounds. Authorities did not provide images of either person. 

Alcocer is believed to be driving a white 2003 Dodge Dakota truck pulling a flat bed trailer. Police think she may be headed for Mexico.

An Amber Alert is in effect for 14-year-old Ruby Paloma Contreras, who was last seen just before 4 p.m. Tuesday in Haltom City, near Fort Worth.

Ruby is 4'11", 95 pounds, a Hispanic female, with brown hair and eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hoodie and blue jeans.

Cedar Hill police are searching for 12-year-old Sommer Brown, a black female, 5’ 6", about 90 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black tank top and black basketball shorts.

Suspected in the abduction is 43-year-old Lisa Elizabeth Brown, black female, 5’ 8", 120 pounds, black hair and brown eyes, last seen wearing a black blazer and a light green shirt.

Update: The Amber Alert has been discontinued. The Department of Public Safety says Calvin Lincecum voluntarily came in to the Terrell Police Department with his three children last night.

The Harris County Constable's Office says 14-year-old Haylie White was taken from her home yesterday by 33-year-old Jacob West.

White is white with short brown hair and brown eyes. She is 5' tall and weighs 120 pounds. White was last seen wearing a tie-dyed shirt and jeans.
