TWC Revoking Career School Certificates
The Texas Workforce Commission is revoking Certificates of Approval for 22 programs taught at career schools operated by ATI Enterprises, Inc in Texas. The Commission says it discovered substantially misreported graduate employment rates in these programs.
To ensure students enrolled in these programs receive the assistance to which they are entitled, TWC is requiring that ATI refund the cost of tuition to these enrollees or offer them options to complete their training in compliance with TWC. Additionally, current students in any of the affected programs must be provided with the programs’ revised and accurate graduate employment rates.
